at first look i was a little hesitant about taking my car to gordon, although he came recommended by my wifes coworker. we didn't know anyone in the area having just moved here from florida. so i took my wifes vw to gordon (due to parking lot mishap). he gave an honest and fair quote we made an appointment and brought the car in on the designated date. gordon made the car look perfect. can't even tell there was damage. during repairs he accidently damaged the EOS logo on the car but pointed it out immediately when i picked up the car. he had already ordered the part and called promptly when it arrived. put it on with a moments notice and i was on my way. there is something to be said about the "little guy" doing the repairs. You certainly don't need the high priced, over rated, noncaring "big guy" to do the work. the "big guy" looks at profit margin, expenses, and botom line. dealing with the "big guy" often leaves you baffled and confused over the entire cost of repair and the time required. I've seen the "book" it tells you it takes x amount of time to do the repair and the "big guy" says yes it does and it costs X amt per hour to do the repair, when in all likelyhood it took much less time to do the repair and still cost you. NO NO NO. If you need repairs made to your vechicle
take it to Gordon. May not be the fastest turn around but it will be an honest and friendly experience
